JOB SUMMARY:

- The Estimator is responsible for estimating the cost of repairs, while meeting deadlines and complying with the standards, policies, and procedures of each insurer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Schedule appointments and meet with policyholders, mechanics, and other individuals to examine the damaged vehicle;
- Maintain professional business relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
- Perform other related duties as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bilingual (resourceful in English);
- 2+ years of experience in heavy vehicle mechanics;
- Basic knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell software is an asset;
- Professional attitude, good communicator;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage variable schedules, emergencies, stress, and deadlines;
- Demonstrate professional rigor and attention to detail;
- Valid driver's licence.

CONDITIONS:

- Annual salary based on experience;
- Group insurance after 6 months;
