JOB SUMMARY:

- The Estimator is responsible for estimating the cost of repairs, while meeting deadlines and complying with the standards, policies, and procedures of each insurer.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare damage estimates or review estimates provided by suppliers to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures;
- Maintain professional business relationships with various internal and external stakeholders;
- Perform all other related tasks as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Be bilingual (resourceful in English);
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the auto body repair field.
- Have basic knowledge of Audatex and Mitchell software (required).
- Have a professional attitude and be a good communicator.
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage variable schedules, emergencies, stress, and deadlines.
- Demonstrate professional rigor and attention to detail;
- Hold a valid driver's licence.

CONDITIONS:

- Annual salary based on experience;
- Group insurance after 6 months;
- Work from home;
- Work equipment provided;
- 40-hour work week.
