Responsibilities:

- Welcome and advise customers when finalizing their vehicle purchase or lease.
- Propose and explain financing and leasing solutions (banks, manufacturers, financial institutions).
- Offer automotive protection products (extended warranties, insurance, protection, etc.);
- Ensure financial records comply with legal and manufacturer standards;
- Meet and exceed financial performance objectives;
- Work in collaboration with the sales team and management;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Required profile:

- Relevant experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager in a car dealership (a major asset);
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously;
- Proficiency in computer tools and financial software;
- Professional, ethical, and results-oriented attitude;
