If that sounds like you, Community Living Guelph Wellington wants you on our team.
We're searching for a Casual Fleet Vehicle Maintenance Coordinator who brings skill, enthusiasm, and a passion for keeping people safe on the road. You'll support our locations across Guelph, Fergus, Mount Forest, Harriston, and Erin - and play a key role in helping us support more than 500 people with developmental disabilities in our community.

What You'll Do
You'll be the go-to expert for keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready. Your work will include:
- Building and managing preventative maintenance schedules
- Coordinating repairs, gathering quotes, and tracking progress
- Advising the manager on major repair needs
- Conducting random vehicle inspections to catch issues early
- Handling minor fixes (like replacing wipers)
- Tracking fleet data, fuel usage, and performance
- Building strong relationships with service vendors and negotiating pricing
- Coaching drivers on proper vehicle care
- Supporting the development and management of the fleet maintenance budget
Your work keeps our staff and the people we support moving safely through their day.
What You Bring
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Experience with fleet management or tracking systems
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
- A collaborative mindset - you work well with drivers, mechanics, and managers
- Sharp problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work 4-10 hours per week
- 5+ years of experience in a vehicle repair or maintenance role
