Position: Warranty Administrator (Entry-level)

We're currently seekinga detail-oriented, computer-savvy individual to join our Service team in an entry-level Warranty Administrator role. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a career in the automotive industry - no prior warranty or dealership experience required. We are happy to train the right candidate!
Your area of focus.
In this role, you will support the Service Department by accurately entering and maintaining warranty information in dealership systems. This is a data-entry-focused position, working closely with internal teams to ensure warranty information is complete, accurate, and properly documented.
What drives your day-to-day?
- Process warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to manufacturers.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for warranty work and claims.
- Communicate with customers regarding warranty status and address any concerns.
- Collaborate with service and parts departments to ensure proper warranty documentation and parts management.
- Monitor compliance with manufacturer standards and assist with reporting and audits.
What We're Looking For...
- No prior warranty or automotive experience required
- Strong data entry, computer, and keyboarding skills
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new software
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, in-store environment
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
