Léveillé Carbur is looking for the best Team Leader – Customer Experience (BDC). Basically, you'll have the “C” for captain on your BDC team jersey. What is our BDC? It's our business center that specializes in managing and following up with our customers, whom we really love!
You'll be responsible for ensuring that all our customers and guests receive high-quality service from our agents. And yes... you'll also have the opportunity to get involved and make a real difference for our customers by responding directly to their web and phone requests! That's cool!

Here's what you'll be doing (it's pretty simple, but you'll see that every day is different!):
• Ensuring that our BDC runs like a well-oiled machine (and you're the one at the wheel!);
• Push the team to meet (and even exceed!) the company's goals;
• Work your magic to respond to our customers' web and phone requests;
• Coach your teammates to give 110% and have fun doing it! (That's what it means to wear the “C” on your jersey!);
• Keep an eye on performance charts (KPIs) and play superhero to correct the course if necessary;
• Lead team meetings that make people want to get up in the morning;
• Set individual goals that motivate everyone to excel;
• Evaluate performance with the BDC director (and give well-deserved pats on the back!);
• Train our newbies to become customer service stars.
• Plan tasks and breaks so that everyone stays in a good mood.
• Collaborate with our dealerships like a pro.
• Participate in hiring future team stars with our BDC manager.
• Find innovative ways to work smarter (and impress everyone!).
• Create a team atmosphere where everyone wants to come to work.
• Turn dissatisfied customers into fans thanks to your talent as a customer service wizard.
You're probably the person we're looking for:
• You have people skills that melt everyone's hearts (even the grumpiest customers).
• You're a team player and a natural leader who inspires effortlessly, even in heated moments.
• Stress? You handle it like a ninja (pressure, what pressure?).
• Your positive attitude is contagious (even on a rainy Monday morning!);
• Your parents and grandparents think you're pretty good with electronic devices (good command of computer tools);
• Your professionalism is unwavering, but you also have a touch of empathy that makes all the difference;
• You are independent and even more independent;
• You have advanced French skills (spoken and written) and you are also fluent (spoken and written) in the language of Shakespeare (no need to know who that is!);
• You are an excellent communicator and team player who knows how to get the best out of your teammates;
• You already have experience in sales and/or the automotive industry (these are pretty good assets!).
• You are available evenings and Saturdays (we already love you!).
