A leader in the field of auto warranty claims for over 15 years and currently expanding, Formule Service Prestige is looking for a passionate and dynamic Claims Officer.
Formule Service Prestige (FSP) works with several GM dealerships in Quebec and makes it a point of honor to ensure the well-being of its customers and employees. Key responsibilities:
- Manage warranty claims with rigor and expertise.
- Efficiently submit claims to the manufacturer.
- Communicate fluently with various stakeholders.

- Communication with English-speaking customers: In some regions, there may be a significant proportion of customers who speak English. The ability to communicate effectively with them is essential to understanding their claims and providing quality service.
- Access to technical documentation: Much technical documentation, including repair manuals and parts databases, is often available in English. Knowledge of English allows you to understand and use these resources effectively.
Profile and skills:
- Proficiency in GM's Global Connect.
- In-depth knowledge of GM policies and procedures.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while being a committed team member.
- Knowledge of Serti, Flexilog, Reynolds, and PBS.
