Maximum Powersports is a dealership located in Hawkesbury that has been one of the largest recreational dealerships in Quebec for several years.

Job summary:
The Service Advisor is the main point of contact between our customers and the service department. This role consists of providing an exceptional customer experience by accurately assessing service needs, coordinating repairs, and ensuring clear communication throughout the process.
Main responsibilities:
- Greet customers and listen carefully to their technical needs;
- Open, write, and manage repair orders accurately;
- Explain recommended services, timelines, and costs clearly and professionally;
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs;
- Provide updates to customers and follow up on completed work;
- Review completed repairs with customers and explain invoices;
- Manage warranty claims and service contracts, as applicable;
- Maintain organized and accurate service records;
- Promote additional services and maintenance when appropriate;
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Qualifications and skills:
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, or in a customer service role preferred;
- Experience in the recreational vehicle, automotive, RV, marine, or motorsports industry is an asset;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organizational and time management skills;
- Basic mechanical knowledge or willingness to learn;
- Comfortable with dealership management systems and computers;
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment;
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
