Job description:
- Greet customers at the dealership and identify their needs (new or used vehicles);
- Advise customers on models, options, promotions, and financing or leasing programs;
- Conduct and accompany test drives;
- Present prices, negotiate terms of sale, and close transactions;
- Prepare and complete the required sales documents;
- Follow up before, during, and after vehicle delivery to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Develop and maintain a relationship of trust with customers (loyalty);
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets set by management;
- Update customer files in the CRM and ensure rigorous follow-up;
- Collaborate with the financing, service, and delivery departments;
- Stay informed about new models, technologies, and manufacturer programs;
- Comply with dealership policies and manufacturer standards.
Software:
- Serti/Merlin;
- Vauto;
- InFord;
- Carfax.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ford sales;
- Good team spirit;
- Dynamic;
- Bilingualism (French/English, spoken and written) to ensure effective communication with our customers;
- Independence and motivation;
- Diligence;
- Valid driver's licence.
