Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate all work with the Service and Parts departments (repairs, PDI, delivery preparation).
- Supervise, guide, and motivate the team of technicians to achieve workshop objectives.
- Ensure the profitability and quality of completed work.
- Ensure that technicians have the necessary resources to carry out their tasks.
- Guarantee compliance with company standards, internal procedures, and occupational health and safety regulations.
- Diagnose and support the team in resolving complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
- Propose and implement solutions to optimize operational efficiency.
- Manage maintenance follow-ups, technical documentation, and workshop reports.
- Collaborate with management to improve overall performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications and skills required:
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within GM
- Experience in team supervision or management.
- Expertise in automotive mechanics, bodywork, electrical systems, and electronics.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems quickly.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Team spirit and strong organizational skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to stay updated on products and techniques.
