F&I+ offers an innovative approach with a hybrid model to Quebec dealerships to address their lack of staff, performance, and rigor in their financial services departments. By eliminating a large part of the administrative workload of F&I, this allows them to increase the volume of customer meetings while making the hours worked more profitable. When they show up at the dealership, they always have the opportunity to generate revenue for their portfolio.

The candidate applying for the position should have the following skills:

Main job duties:
- Offer 100% of available coverage to customers;
- Print documents required for financing and all documents related to the sale of coverage;
- Sign documents;
- Send documents for bank disbursement;
- Register license plates with the SAAQ;
- Other related tasks.
Required profile:
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Experience as a Financial & Insurance Manager (minimum 1 year);
- Comfortable with technology;
- General knowledge of financial services and insurance products;
- Knowledge of internal management systems (EZ Deal, Suppliers, SAAQClic, etc.);
- Knowledge of banking systems (Dealertrack and RouteOne);
- Other relevant information: 100% commission-based compensation;
- Available Monday to Friday.
