We are a high-volume car dealership known for its performance, steady growth, and high standards. We are looking for a results-oriented New Vehicle Sales Manager who is a leader in the field and driven to exceed expectations, capable of performing in a demanding environment where goals are high... and achieved.
The incumbent is responsible for the profitability, volume, operational performance, and customer satisfaction of the new vehicles department. The jobholder plays a key role in mobilizing the team, optimizing processes, and executing sales strategies on a daily basis.
Key responsibilities:
• Drive the performance of the new vehicle department to meet and exceed volume, gross profit, and CSI targets.
• Lead, supervise, and mobilize a sales team in a high-traffic environment.
• Implement and enforce structured, effective, and measurable sales processes;
• Monitor performance indicators on a daily basis (closings, volume, margins, inventory, deliveries, lease renewals);
• Manage the department's operating budget and ensure sustainable profitability;
• Work closely with the financing, marketing, service, and general management departments;
• Actively participate in the strategic management of new inventory (allocation, mix, rotation, aging).
• Maintain a constant presence on the sales floor and act as an operational leader.
• Ensure an impeccable customer experience, from the first interaction to delivery.
• Stay up to date on manufacturer programs, promotions, regulations, and industry best practices.
