New & Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Representative

Our Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Fiat dealership is currently looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join its new and pre-owned vehicles department team.

The candidate will be responsible for serving customers in both the new and used vehicle departments. They will be expected to respond to the needs and expectations of our valued customers with the utmost care. Knowledge of web tools is required.

The sales department's hours are as follows: from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday to Thursday, and from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Fridays. We are CLOSED ON WEEKENDS!

The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, proactive, and focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.

In addition, they must:

- Be known for their ability to adapt;
- Be proactive in achieving their goals;
- Be determined to provide exceptional customer service following visits to the dealership as well as Internet and telephone inquiries;
- Be persuasive;
- Be an active listener.

A minimum of 1 year of experience in automotive sales is required.
