Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Industrial Parts Clerk to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in parts management, customer service, and operations support.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to internal and external customer requests for parts;
- Search for parts using catalogs or specialized software;
- Prepare and process orders (receiving, shipping, billing);
- Maintain up-to-date inventory and manage stock;
- Work closely with the technical team and suppliers;
- Provide excellent customer service.

Required profile:

- Experience in the field of parts (industrial, mechanical, or automotive) – an asset;
- Good ability to work in a team and manage priorities;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Professional and customer-oriented attitude.
