Job description

The Opportunity
Lounsbury Chevrolet in Miramichi is looking for a Parts Advisor.

We are seeking someone who is self-motivated and wants to deliver exceptional customer service to their customer. We value individuals who take pride in their work, show initiative, and want to be part of a cohesive team.

This position is full-time hours. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service at the Parts counter
  • Answer the phone and reply to emails from customers inquiring about parts.
  • Upsell or suggestive sell parts to customers based on their needs
  • Maintain inventory control and proper stock levels
  • Perform physical inventory to ensure all stock levels are accurate on the system


Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the automotive industry will be an asset.
  • Has good computer skills and an aptitude to learn new software
  • Bilingual in English and French is an asset.
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service, and troubleshooting skills
  • Likes helping people
  • Good work ethic
  • Must have a valid driver's license & a clean driver's abstract
