We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven BDC Customer Retention Lead to join our team at our Mississauga Head Office!

As a key member of our Business Development Center (BDC), you will be responsible for managing and executing customer retention strategies to maximize sales opportunities and build strong relationships with our existing customers. Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and execute customer retention strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for growth and retention
  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to re-engage existing customers
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and maximize sales opportunities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing customers
  • Track and report on key performance metrics, including customer retention rates and sales growth


Qualifications:

 

  • Two (2) years' experience in the Customer Service field.
  • Automotive call-centre/BDC experience will be considered an asset
  • Experience with CRM Platforms and Retention database tools (e.g. AutoAlert)
  • Effective negotiation skills, with the ability to make sound decisions
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with customers
  • A passion for customer service
  • Positive Can-Do Attitude
  • Valid Ontario Driver's License
  • Valid OMVIC License required
