Job description
Honda de Ste-Agathe is looking for a Secretary / Accounting Clerk to join its team of automotive enthusiasts. You are:
- Dynamic, detail-oriented, organized, meticulous, independent, and versatile;
- Smiling and enthusiastic;
- Proactive, with a desire to learn.
You have:
- Good priority management skills;
- Relevant accounting experience (minimum 1 year);
- Good computer skills; Office Suite Excel, Word;
- Knowledge of Serti and Merlin software (an asset).
Your tasks:
- Greet customers, answer the phone and distribute calls;
- Store vehicles, enter orders and track exchanges between dealerships;
- Account for the daily deposit, balance the cash register for the service and sales departments.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Assist the controller with accounting tasks
- Any other related tasks for the sales and accounting departments (filing, statistics, follow-ups, etc.)
Type of employment:
- Full-time;
- Permanent.
