Sales Consultant

Longueuil Toyota is looking for a motivated Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

Your day-to-day role:

Under the Sales Manager's supervision, you will be responsible for:

- Representing the dealership to customers with professionalism and authenticity;
- Achieving established sales targets;
- Creating and maintaining lasting relationships with your customers;
- Applying sales strategies defined by management;
- Working closely with other team members;
- Complying with internal procedures and ensuring rigorous follow-up in the Activix system.

We are looking for someone who puts customer service at the heart of their priorities and enjoys working in a team.

Your ideal profile:

- Excellent persuasion and communication skills;
- Motivation and proactive attitude;
- Good organization and autonomy;
- Comfortable with technological tools (including Activix – mandatory – and Easy Deal, an asset);
- Bilingualism in French/English required (other languages an asset). Knowledge of English is required in order to serve our English-speaking customers effectively;
- Relevant sales experience (mandatory);
- Knowledge of online sales, social media, and electric vehicles (an asset).

Requirements:

- Valid driver's licence – class 5;
- Sense of initiative and administrative rigour.
