Blainville Ford is currently looking for an organized and versatile Receptionist to join its full-time team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and forward phone calls;
- Purchase stationery and office supplies;
- Print and prepare sales reports;
- Pre-stock and stock vehicles;
- File and archive documents;
- Provide general administrative support.
Required profile:
- Excellent communication and courtesy skills;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to multitask;
- Independence and team spirit;
- Experience in a similar position (an asset).
