Financial & Insurance Manager / Financial Services Specialist

BMW – MINI Ste-Agathe is currently seeking a Commercial Director / Financial & Insurance (F&I) Manager.

We are looking for a high-performing and versatile candidate who is currently successful in this field and who has strong knowledge of the various financing options, as well as all types of insurance and protection products offered within the industry.

In this role, you will be expected to meet the following criteria:

Provide detailed explanations to clients in order to inform them about available financing options, insurance products, protection plans, and extended warranties;

Process financing and leasing transactions accurately and fairly;

Collaborate with Sales Managers to achieve reasonable profitability on each sale.

Requirements:

- Relevant experience in the automotive industry;
- Knowledge of One-Eighty and Reynolds (an asset);
- Bilingualism (French and English).
