Fix Auto is looking for an Estimator!

As an Estimator, you will work closely with the production team and be responsible for providing accurate information to customers and insurance partners in terms of pricing, damage, and estimated repair time.

Minimal experience in collision repair estimates will help you achieve your goals, as you will also manage communication and contacts with customers and insurance partners to ensure customer satisfaction. You will have a direct impact on the profitability of the shop and customer satisfaction.

A day in the life of an Estimator at Fix Auto:

- Review damage reports, repair orders, and repair cost estimates;
- Plan the work to be done;
- Create repair estimates for potential customers in accordance with Fix Auto and insurance company best practices/guidelines;
- Follow up on estimates;
- Collaborate with customer experience staff to ensure exceptional follow-up and service;
- Monitor vehicle production in collaboration with production managers to ensure on-time delivery.
