The Role: Where the Customer Meets the Garage
Are you a master of multitasking with a passion for the automotive world? We are looking for a Service Coordinator to be the heartbeat of our service department. You’ll be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vehicles are serviced efficiently while maintaining the high standard of care our shop is known for.
Job role:
The First Impression: Greeting customers and scheduling service appointments via phone, email, and in person.
The Bridge: Acting as the liaison between our customers and our team of expert technicians.
The Organizer: Managing the daily service workflow, ensuring parts are ordered and repair timelines stay on track.
The Communicator: Providing customers with clear updates on their vehicle’s status and explaining recommended services.
The Finisher: Processing service paperwork, handling billing, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous experience in a service-oriented role (Automotive background is a huge plus, but we’ll train the right person!).
Communication: You can explain technical concepts in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with scheduling software and basic office suites.
You stay calm under pressure, love solving problems, and take pride in helping people.
