A well-established and rapidly growing car dealership in the Laurentians is currently seeking a Sales Management Assistant to join its management team.

This is a strategic, confidential position for a structured, rigorous, and results-oriented individual who wants to play a key role in the performance of the sales department and the customer experience in the showroom.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Direct support to sales management in the day-to-day management of operations
    • Impeccable management of the showroom (presence, discipline, image, customer experience)
    • Rigorous follow-up of leads, appointments, presentations, and sales
    • Supervision of customer follow-ups before, during, and after the sale
    • Application and compliance with CRM processes and internal standards
    • Coaching sales advisors (structure, methods, follow-ups)
    • Active involvement in transactions: excellent closer required
    • Participation in the continuous improvement of sales processes

DESIRED PROFILE:

    • Significant experience in automotive sales (management or leadership strongly desired)
    • Highly structured, organized, and follow-up oriented
    • Exemplary management of priorities and strong operational discipline
    • Strong natural leadership and credibility on the floor
    • Excellent closing and negotiation skills
    • Comfortable with CRM and performance indicators
