Diagnostic Mechanic (with experience)

You will be responsible for advanced diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance of our vehicles, while supporting the team.

Here's what you'll be doing (it's pretty simple, but you'll see that every day is different!):

    • Perform diagnostics and repairs on a variety of vehicles (including electric vehicles) and find the best solutions to solve problems.
    • Perform periodic maintenance (oil, brakes, suspension, tires, etc.);
    • Inspect vehicles, warranties, and manufacturer recalls;
    • Serve as a technical reference for less experienced mechanics and train apprentices;
    • Communicate with parts and our technical advisors to ensure efficient repairs;
    • Read service bulletins daily and apply manufacturer standards;
    • Comply with health and safety rules, group processes, and environmental regulations;
    • Accurately document work and ensure quality control.
    • Keep your workspace clean and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction (this is really important to us!).

You are probably the person we are looking for:

    • You have at least 5 years of experience as an automotive mechanic;
    • You are qualified in electric vehicles and electrical diagnostics;
    • You have a knack for finding and solving problems (we said we were looking for a real Sherlock Holmes!);
    • You have a valid class 5 driver's licence;
    • You have experience with GM products (a great asset!).
    • You are proficient in modern diagnostic tools and technologies.
    • You are patient and a good teacher when it comes to training and mentoring younger mechanics.
    • You are meticulous, organized, and strictly adhere to safety standards.
