We are looking for THE person to join our wonderful existing team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Greet and advise customers according to company and manufacturer standards;
• Detail and recommend maintenance services that meet customer needs and expectations;
• Answer questions and reassure customers;
• Ensure regular, high-quality follow-ups with customers;
• Answer incoming calls to the service department;
• Contact our customers to offer them our latest products and services;
• Update customer files.
DESIRED SKILLS:
• Experience in sales and customer service (an asset);
• Dynamic and persuasive;
• Positive attitude, quick wit, and resourcefulness;
• Desire to provide outstanding customer service;
• Comfortable with computer tools;
• Valid driver's licence.
