The Drive Ahead
 

• Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in in the service drive
• Move vehicles safely and efficiently between reception, parking, and service areas
• Maintain cleanliness of the service drive and wash bay areas
• Assist with customer shuttles, deliveries, and pick-ups as needed
• Assist Service Advisors with write order creation
• Assisting Service Dept with various tasks
• Customer Satisfaction follow-up calls
• Support the Service Advisors and Technicians with day-to-day tasks

Performance Essentials
 

• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Full-time availability - typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
