Chartrand Ford Laval is looking for a motivated, energetic new vehicle sales consultant focused on customer excellence to join a strong and passionate team.

Your day-to-day role:

As a sales consultant at Chartrand Ford, you will be a key player in the customer experience, from initial contact to after-sales follow-up. Your responsibilities will include:

- Welcoming customers with professionalism and enthusiasm;
- Advising customers on our range of new Ford vehicles;
- Identifying needs and proposing personalized solutions;
- Closing sales effectively and with a focus on satisfaction;
- Developing and maintaining lasting customer relationships;
- Proactively following up (calls, texts, emails, follow-ups);
- Work closely with the after-sales service team;
- Update customer files in the CRM (Activix = a major asset);
- Stay abreast of market trends and Ford news.

The profile we are looking for:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Excellent customer service skills;
- Strong team spirit and positive attitude;
- Highly motivated and results-oriented;
- Independent, proactive, and talented negotiator;
- Comfortable with follow-ups, prospecting, and digital tools.
