As a Sales Representative at Steele Subaru of Moncton, you'll help customers find the Subaru that fits their lifestyle from daily commutes to weekend adventures. You'll be their trusted guide as they explore a lineup known for safety, reliability, all-wheel drive performance, and capability built for life in Atlantic Canada.

Unlimited Earning Potential
- Uncapped commissions with the potential to exceed $100,000+ annually
- Guaranteed income stability for up to your first year, with a minimum of $653.85 weekly, unless commissions exceed that amount
What You'll Do
- Be the Trusted Subaru Expert - Connect with customers, showcase Subaru's award-winning lineup, and help them find the perfect vehicle for their needs
- Hit Your Goals - Plan and execute sales strategies to exceed performance targets
- Deliver an Exceptional Experience - Educate clients on vehicle features, safety technology, and financing options
- Close Deals & Celebrate Success - Lead test drives, finalize sales, and deliver vehicles with confidence
- Work as a Team - Collaborate with finance, service, and leadership to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Passion for the automotive industry and helping people
- Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Energetic, personable, and relationship-focused
- Strong communicator across in-person, phone, and digital interactions
- Highly organized and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented with a strong drive to succeed
- Valid driver's license required
