Merchandiser

HGrégoire is looking for merchandisers for its Honda and Toyota Brossard dealership! The person will be responsible for ensuring optimal presentation, quick visibility, and efficient rotation of the pre-owned vehicle inventory, both on the lot and online, while supporting the logistics related to vehicle transportation.

Schedule:

- Full-time;
- Variable schedule based on operational needs.

Compensation: between $20 and $25 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe used vehicle inventory;
- Regularly check:
- Fuel or charge level;
- Tire pressure;
- Presence of license plates, keys, and labels;
- Position vehicles according to sales strategy (price, type, promotions, visibility);
- Move vehicles according to priorities established by management;
- Quickly remove sold vehicles from the lot;
- Identify and report any cosmetic or mechanical damage;
- Ensure that vehicles receive the required interior and exterior cleaning;
- Check that key options and equipment are visible and properly highlighted;
- Correctly install:
- Price tags;
- Promotional labels;
- Displays required according to dealership standards;
- Take temporary photos upon receipt of vehicles, even if the final aesthetics are not complete;
- Ensure that each vehicle has at least:
- Exterior photos (front, rear, sides);
- Interior photos (if vehicle is presentable);
- Photo of the odometer;
- Quickly post temporary photos online to ensure immediate visibility;
- Verify the accuracy of the information entered: Price, Mileage, Year, model and version, Equipment and options;
- Highlight the main selling points;
- Report any errors or inconsistencies to the used vehicle manager;
- Ensure that vehicles are advertised on authorized sales platforms;
- Pick up or deliver used vehicles:
- From other dealerships in the group;
- From external partners (body shops, specialized workshops, suppliers);
- Ensure that vehicles are transported safely;
- Perform a quick visual inspection before and after each trip;
- Report any breakage, damage, or anomalies observed.

Requirements:

- Valid driver's licence;
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Independence, reliability, and sense of responsibility;
- Ability to work outdoors and travel regularly;
- Comfortable using simple digital tools (photos, internal systems).
