Job description

Job offer: Service Advisor - Permanent Position.

As part of our expanding team under the supervision of the Service Manager, the successful candidate will primarily coordinate internal appointments and customer service.

In addition to these duties, they will welcome customers and gather the necessary information to identify and define their vehicle repair and maintenance needs.

Main responsibilities:

    • Open and close internal and customer work orders;
    • Forward the correct information to the workshop technician responsible for the vehicle;
    • Communicate with the customer throughout the process to keep them informed of the progress of the work being carried out on their vehicle;
    • Explain the nature of the work carried out and all costs to customers;
    • Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
    • Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

    • Good knowledge of mechanics;
    • Excellent customer service skills;
    • Ability to suggest, advise, and sell additional maintenance services to customers;
    • Patient, calm, and a team player;
    • Computer skills, Serti certification a major asset;
    • Valid driver's license.
