Sales Manager - Pre-Owned Vehicles

Chevrolet Buick GMC of Valleyfield, a member of Groupe Autoforce, is looking for a Pre-Owned Vehicles Sales Manager to join its team!

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive sales;
- Strong leadership skills and team-spirit;
- A positive attitude with the ability to create a motivating work environment;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate in both French and English (to serve our English-speaking customers);
- Strong customer service, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

- Train, develop, manage, motivate, and ensure the effectiveness of the sales team, in collaboration with the management team;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, team members, and suppliers;
- Assist sales consultants with deal structuring and completion, and support the closing of transactions;
- Optimize profitability, cost control, and overall departmental performance;
- Analyze sales performance and implement the necessary strategies to achieve objectives;
- Ensure the strategic management of the pre-owned vehicle inventory;
- Evaluate trade-in vehicles.
