Service Advisor - St-Eustache

Are you passionate about the automotive industry and want to join a winning team? We are currently looking for a Service Advisor for our service department to join our existing team.

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting customers and gathering the necessary information to determine their vehicle repair and maintenance needs. You will be required to sell maintenance services based on customer needs while ensuring quality customer service.

Requirements:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position;
- Good general knowledge of automotive mechanics;
- Bilingualism in order to communicate with English-speaking customers and respond appropriately to their needs;
- Sales skills;
- Excellent customer service;
- Knowledge of Serti software (a major asset);
- Knowledge of Honda products (an asset).
