Job description
Brossard Cadillac, a high-end dealership, is currently looking for an internal Service Advisor to join the service department team.
Reporting to the Service Manager, the Internal Service Advisor acts as a resource person between the workshop, the parts department, and administration.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Service Manager;
- Open, track, and close internal work orders;
- Manage the mechanical workshop;
- Follow up on transportation claims with the manufacturer;
- Assist technical advisors as needed;
- Ensure CNESST prevention;
- Perform any other related tasks.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of the Reynold's system (an asset);
- Experience in a car dealership;
- Organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Good team spirit.
