PMC Mécanique is an automotive service center renowned for the quality of its diagnostics, customer service, and team spirit. We are looking for a Senior Service Advisor capable of managing complex cases and supporting customers with their needs by providing a highly professional customer experience.
Your role:
As a Senior Service Advisor, you are the key point of contact between the workshop and customers. You follow up on cases and sell recommended services.
Main responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and accurately open repair orders.
- Assess needs, gather technical information, and plan work.
- Explain diagnostics, maintenance recommendations, and repairs in a clear and transparent manner.
- Prepare estimates and obtain authorizations before work begins.
- Ensure rigorous case tracking: parts, deadlines, customer communication, billing.
- Work closely with technicians to prioritize and maximize efficiency.
- Manage sensitive situations (dissatisfied customers, delays, technical issues).
- Contribute to the achievement of objectives: sales, customer satisfaction, productivity.

Required profile:
- 7 to 15 years of experience as a Service Advisor / automotive service Advisor (senior level).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Relevant experience in consulting, mechanics, or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple files at once, under pressure, with rigor.
- Comfortable with management systems (e.g., SERTI, Reynolds, CDK, Tekion, Autoleap, or equivalent).
- Natural leadership, proactive attitude, team spirit.
- Excellent ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms and influence others.
Assets:
- Training in mechanics or workshop experience.
- Certification related to the field (e.g., CPA/ASE/DEP in mechanics, depending on context).
- Bilingualism (French/English) if required in your region.
