Job description
HGrégory is currently looking for a Service Advisor for its Hyundai Vaudreuil branch!
Schedule: full-time.
Responsibilities:
- Manage preparation orders by following pre-established guidelines and carry out the necessary follow-ups in collaboration with the various departments;
- Make preparation requests for external companies when necessary;
- Check parts invoices for each vehicle and the time required to make corrections;
- Communicate with various departments (sales/finance/delivery) about any problems or needs;
- Update the vehicle history by entering the details of the preparation order;
- Follow up with customers and various departments in the event of delivery failures and make the necessary corrections to ensure customer satisfaction;
- Prepare preparation slips for all vehicles entering the dealership, as well as for demonstration vehicles;
- Keep up to date with the dealership's inventory;
- Ensure the security of the branch's vehicle keys;
- Provide support for the logistics of storing vehicles in inventory;
- Follow up on deliveries and ensure that the deadlines mentioned to customers are met;
- Provide impeccable customer service;
- Ensure quality control of all vehicles delivered to customers.
Required profile:
- Relevant experience in the automotive field;
- Intermediate-advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers, but also because of our large unilingual English-speaking customer base;
- Customer service-oriented;
- Effective communication;
- Independence;
- Positive and professional attitude;
- Canadian resident.
