Service Advisor

Grenier Chrysler is looking for a motivated Service Advisor to join its team!

Main responsibilities:

- Greet customers courteously;
- Suggest and recommend necessary maintenance to customers to ensure their vehicles run smoothly;
- Follow up on repairs and maintenance in progress;
- Manage the tracking of rental vehicles.

Requirements:

- Experience in a similar role in after-sales service or as a technical advisor;
- Good knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance procedures;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure;
- Proficiency with relevant computer tools.

Work schedule:

- Monday to Thursday, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.;
- Fridays, from 7:30 a.m. to noon.
