SALES MANAGER,
NEW AND PRE-OWNED VEHICLES!

Driven by the desire to be number one, and supported by a dynamic and experienced team, the Sales Manager's main role will be to develop, deploy, and equip their team to reach new heights.
The six main areas that will guide their management methods are planning, developing, coaching, participating, measuring, and motivating.
Key skills:
- Significant experience of at least 3 years in managing a new vehicle sales team;
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment (2,000 units per year);
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and a team player;
- Recognized for your planning and organizational skills, autonomy, and energy in moving projects forward;
- Natural leader, positive attitude, and good communicator;
- Able to build your team's performance using the sales management system;
- Advanced proficiency in a sales management computer system, Activix is a considerable asset.
