We're currently looking for a Lot Manager to join our team. If you're reliable, proactive, and motivated to keep our dealership organized, efficient, and customer-ready, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.

The Drive Ahead
 

• Oversee daily organization, cleanliness, and presentation of the vehicle lot
• Coordinate vehicle movement for sales, service, and deliveries
• Ensure vehicles are properly tagged, fueled, and ready for customer viewings
• Support dealership operations by maintaining safe and efficient lot flow
• Lead by example to maintain dealership standards and curb appeal

Performance Essentials
 

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Physically capable of moving between vehicles and around the lot throughout the day
• Valid driver's license with a clean driver's abstract
• Full-time availability - typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
