At Action Grenier Autogroupe, we are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and motivated Financial & Insurance Manager to join our dedicated team.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and developing all activities related to the dealership's financial services, while ensuring a high-level customer experience.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies aimed at increasing sales of financial products and services.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal company policies.
- Work closely with sales teams to identify and propose financing solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Train, coach, and support staff on financial products and best sales practices.
- Analyze financial performance and produce reports for management, including trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and partners to optimize financing offers.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in management or financial services, ideally in the automotive industry.
- Excellent knowledge of financial products and sales techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated team spirit and ability to motivate, mentor, and develop talent.
