Job description
Audi Trois-Rivières is looking for a Service Advisor with experience in the automotive field to join its team.
Job description and responsibilities:
- Listen to and analyze customer needs and explain the work required;
- Prepare work orders and provide approximate costs for the work to be done;
- Monitor work progress;
- Transfer information between technicians and customers;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers and build their loyalty;
- Perform any other tasks that may be requested in connection with the position.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership / customer service;
- Technical knowledge of automotive systems and preventive maintenance;
- Knowledge of Serti software is an asset;
- Driver's license (required);
- Excellent communication and listening skills;
- Customer satisfaction-oriented;
- Bilingual in French (required) and English.
