HGrégoire Honda Brossard is looking for a Sales Representative for its used and new vehicles departments. If you are passionate about cars and excel at customer service, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
Reception and advice:
- Warmly welcome customers and offer them a personalized experience in accordance with company standards.
- Advise customers based on their needs and expectations.
Presentation and recommendations:
- Present the features of available used vehicles in detail.
- Recommend products and services that meet the specific needs of customers.
Responses and support:
- Respond professionally and accurately to customer questions;
- Reassure and clearly inform customers throughout the purchasing process.
Test drives:
- Organize and accompany customers during test drives;
- Ensure a safe and rewarding experience.
Customer follow-up:
- Conduct regular, high-quality follow-ups after visits or purchases.
- Maintain positive, lasting relationships to ensure customer loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales.
- Vocational diploma in sales consulting (an asset).
- Intermediate-advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers, but also because of our large unilingual English-speaking customer base;
- Dynamism, persuasiveness, and a professional attitude;
- Desire to provide outstanding customer service;
- Valid driver's licence.
