Financial & Insurance Manager

Toyota Brossard is looking for a Financial & Insurance Manager!

Schedule: full-time.

Responsibilities:

- Sell products and warranties;
- Be responsible for financing;
- Establish a relationship of trust with customers;
- Explain the features and benefits of the products offered;
- Negotiate and find solutions that are beneficial to all parties;
- Understand administrative practices and procedures, including record keeping and financial documentation;
- Communicate information effectively, both verbally and in writing;
- Listen and ask the right questions;
- Communicate and convey all necessary information regarding the vehicle, delivery, or other matters;
- Work closely with the delivery and accounting departments.

Required skills:

- Minimum experience as a financial manager;
- Sales and customer service skills;
- Intermediate-advanced bilingualism in French and English, both spoken and written, in order to communicate with our unilingual French-speaking customers, but also because of our large unilingual English-speaking customer base;
- Knowledge of Dealer Track, Desk it, and Rote One software;
- Professional attitude;
- Ability to work as a team.
