We are currently scaling our operations, which creates an excellent opportunity for an intermediate Parts Clerk looking to grow within a well-managed and expanding dealership.

Main Responsibilities:
- Greet, advise, and serve customers at the counter and over the phone;
- Sell parts and accessories while providing excellent customer service;
- Manage the daily reception of parts on behalf of Volkswagen Canada;
- Receive, enter, and properly stock incoming parts;
- Follow up on special orders and notify customers when parts arrive;
- Prepare parts for customer pickup or delivery, including invoicing;
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the parts department;
- Process returns and credits according to established procedures;
- Work closely with the service department and internal teams.
Note: This role is primarily customer-facing. Most internal parts operations are handled by another team member.
Profile We’re Looking For:
- Intermediate experience as a Parts Clerk (1–3 years);
- Strong customer service and communication skills;
- Good organizational and time-management abilities;
- Comfortable working in a growing, evolving environment;
- Team-oriented, professional, and detail-focused;
- Bilingual (French required, English an asset).
