About the Role
As a Pre-Owned Product Advisor, you'll be the face of our Toyota dealership - guiding customers through one of the most exciting moments in their lives: choosing their next vehicle. Your mission is to create a welcoming, informative, and memorable experience for every guest who walks through our doors.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, lifestyle, and preferences
- Present our Pre-Owned lineup with confidence, clarity, and enthusiasm
- Deliver a customer experience built on trust, transparency, and genuine care
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies
- Support customers throughout the buying journey, from first greeting to final delivery
- Follow up with clients to ensure continued satisfaction and long-term relationship building
- Maintain product knowledge of Pre-Owned vehicles, features, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 Years previous automotive or related industry sales experience
- A passion for customer service and creating exceptional experiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic, and professional demeanor
- Ability to learn quickly and stay up-to-date with product information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience in CRM and staying up to date with daily tasks
