Job description
We are looking for a customer service and appointment scheduling Representative.

The incumbent will assist the after-sales service department team in performing customer service and administrative follow-up tasks.
The main duties are listed below, but the incumbent may be assigned other duties:
- Respond to customer appointment requests promptly, courteously, and professionally;
- Take messages for the service team according to instructions;
- Schedule appointments for after-sales service customers and manage the appointment scheduling process with technical advisors;
- Confirm appointments;
- Participate in closing and opening repair orders according to standards;
- Notify your supervisor of any irregularities related to the closing of repair orders;
- Keep and file repair orders, invoices, and other documents. Make a list of missing documents;
- Follow up with service customers;
- Serve customers at the counter and advise them on their vehicle's needs;
- Present yourself in a professional manner;
- Assist with receiving parts orders;
- Assist with distributing parts to technicians;
- Perform other duties as required and as directed by management.
