Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the incumbent is responsible for representing the dealership to its customers and achieving sales targets. More specifically, the jobholder must:
- Welcome customers to the dealership and establish a relationship of trust in order to clearly identify their needs;
- Present and advise customers on new Honda vehicles, highlighting their features, benefits, and technologies;
- Conduct test drives and accompany customers throughout the purchasing process;
- Negotiate and close sales by providing exceptional customer service;
- Explain financing and leasing options in collaboration with the finance department;
- Ensure rigorous follow-up with potential and existing customers to promote loyalty;
- Keep up to date with Honda models, current promotions, and market trends.
- Use the Acitvix CRM system to facilitate customer and sales follow-up.
- Present and have your customers fill out the purchase documents when they take possession of their vehicle.
- Work in collaboration with other departments to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Requirements:

- Exemplary reliability: Hard-working, independent, and thorough.
- Bilingual French–English: Comfortable in both languages, with a high level of fluency in serving English-speaking customers (30%).

Schedule:
- Flexible schedule Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m.;
- Every other Saturday from September to December and March to June;
- 40 hours per week.
