Position: Customer Care Account Specialist

General Summary

This key role is primarily responsible for entering all manual orders, serving as first point of contact for handling customer accounts, accepting, validating and processing orders. In addition, responsible for resolving your customer issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess strong customer relationship, planning and analytical skills, be self-motivated and work well across functions at all levels within the organization.

Essential Job Functions
 

  • Enter all manual orders for the US and Canada
  • Monitor weekly EDI orders to include checking inventory and resolving shipping issues to ensure on-time delivery. May involve collaboration with Warehouse, Sales, Demand Planners, and Transportation.
  • Investigate & resolve customer complaints and deductions.
  • Monitor open orders report to ensure all orders ship & invoice on time
  • Provide daily status updates on order execution and schedule adherence
  • Fielding customer inquiries regarding product questions, order status, etc.
  • Fielding operational emails regarding moving orders, managing inventory, etc.
  • Identify opportunities and areas to improve customer satisfaction.


Qualifications
 

  • 3-5 Years Customer Service experience in Manufacturing
  • Automotive knowledge a plus
  • Experience with Big Box Stores, CTC, Walmart, Home Depot an asset.
  • Strong computer skills
  • EDI experience preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong customer focus and relationship building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • French reading and writing a must


This position is hybrid and requires the candidate to come to office three days per week.
