Prv-Owned Vehicles Sales Assistant Manager

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Assistant Sales Manager who is ready to actively contribute to the growth of the pre-owned vehicles department.

Your responsibilities:

- Actively participate in closing sales (“T.O.”);
- Analyze performance reports;
- Supervise and motivate sales advisors;
- Ensure excellent customer follow-up in Activix CRM and after-sales.

Your profile:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Motivating, organized, and rigorous leader;
- Strong vehicle evaluation skills;
- Good knowledge of the market;
- Bilingual (French/English);
- Results-oriented and customer service-focused;
- Valid driver's license.
