Job description
Groupe Autoforce is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to join its team!
Your responsibilities:
- Participate in vehicle sales
- Train, develop, manage, and motivate the sales team, in collaboration with management
- Support Sales Consultants in the sales process, and assist with closing transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and exceed their expectations
- Implement the necessary strategies to achieve sales objectives

- Strong leadership skills and a strong team spirit

- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to communicate in both French and English (to be able to respond to our English-speaking customers)
