Service Advisor * experience is required *

We are looking for a Service Advisor.

Tasks:

- Greet customers in the service department;
- Open repair and maintenance orders;
- Advise customers on maintenance work recommended by the manufacturer;
- Open and close internal repair orders and estimates;
- Track customer satisfaction ratings;
- Track parts on order;
- Perform all other administrative tasks.

If you have more than one year of experience, this is a significant asset. Knowledge of the Serti computer system is also an asset.

We offer:

- A base salary with commissions (very competitive) - $80,000 and up per year depending on your performance;
- Daytime hours, Monday to Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
- Insurance and dental plan;
- Full-time position.
- 3 weeks of vacation upon starting the job.
